Siddhartha Koirala of Kuhibhir VDC-7, Okhaldhunga (recently living at Nayapati-4 of Kathmandu district), committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of his rented house, police said.
Koirala was a fifth grader at local Chandikeshwori English Secondary School of Kathmandu.
He had seen a man hanging at his house on Wednesday on his way back from school. He saw the body of one Buddhi Lal Tamang, 35, of Madan Kudari VDC-1 of Kavre district and recently living at Nayapati, hanging at his house on Wednesday.
Koirala had shared this incident to his parents and had asked if a man die that way before he himself followed suit, preliminary police report says.
