Hotel where Nepal side met vandalised

While addressing the swearing in ceremony Madhav Kumar Nepal said a group of “goons” broke into Hotel Aryal in Baneswor on Wednesday evening and vandalised hotel property. Without referring to any one, Nepal said that the attack was related to the convention as some of the vandals had chanted slogans in favour of Oli. Nepal said the vandals had taken Oli’s name when they attacked the hotel, where the Nepal faction held its political meetings during the convention. Nepal also demanded action against those involved in the act. Oli, however, said he never promoted such acts as alleged by his colleague. “I have always stood against violence in politics and such acts will not tolerated,” Oli said.
