Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Friday called a 27-member preliminary squad for the ACC U-16 Premier League slated for August 15-25 in Malaysia.
The closed camp training begins from Wednesday, informed the cricket governing body of Nepal. CAN said in a statement that the selected players were ones who successfully passed the age-verifying bone test conducted by the Asian Cricket Council from among the samples of 59 they had sent in.
Rabin Kumar Singh, Ravi Kumar Shah, Pawan Sharraf, Rijan Dhakal, Mohammad Ashif Sheikh, Irshad Ansari, Sunil Maharjan, Ashish Pokhrel, Jitendra Singh Thakur, Anil Kharel, Praneet Thapa, Sushant Singh Thapa, Bijay Chaudhary, Samsuddin Ansari, Suraj Bohara, Amit Dhami, Madan Pant, Ayushman Bom, Suman Ghimire, Sandeep Gurung, Aman Panthi, Roshan Adhikari, Ravi Chand, Subodh Aire, Rit Gautam, Rabindra Jung Shahi and Niraj Pokhrel were picked up for the closed camp.
